This food has spoiled me. No other barbecue does it for me anymore. I have tried almost everything in the valley in terms of barbecue and this is it. Everyone has loyalties to "their spot" but this is better. I promise. KC is health conscious and does everything himself and with the best ingredients. Are you vegan or vegetarian? He will hook you up. My wife is a vegetarian and the options for her are amazing as well and that's just the food. I challenge you not to have fun with this man. He is a blast and a great person. Kind, clean, a gentleman and a veteran. This is his passion and you will see it come through.

KC's catered a work event over the weekend and my husband and I both thought the food and the service were great! If you're a "picky" eater like me - Gluten-free & Dairy-free - then you'll be happy to know they provide descriptions and ingredients of the foods being served. The potato salad was dairy free which I was very excited about. AND everything tastes amazing!

mouthwatering, tender, juicy meats. Great sides. Excellent customer service. The Ribs are the BOMB. Happy to support this small business that actually cares. 5 big stars.

KC catered for our annual BBQ and i would like to give them an A+ for the chicken it was so tender & delicious & the peach cobbler was a delight!!! :)

KC catered our division's annual BBQ, the food was seasoned to perfection it was so delicious!! His BBQ sauce is spicy it was amazing, the best BBQ sauce I've ever had!! and the peach crisp outstanding!! Give KC Katering a try you will be very pleased! Thank you KC!!
